CASE SENSITIVE!!! For your order to appear like our listing photo, you must write your text to us IN ALL CAPS!!!!! Example: EAGLES … NOT Eagles. If its sent to us as ‘Eagles’, it will print this way!!!

Please note, as its written many times, your character count DOES affect the size of your text. For instance.. EAGLES on the template is 6 characters – if you have a character count similar, the size will be similar (will not be exact unless you have these exact letters!). . if you have text such as ‘FOOTBALL TEAM’ . . the text will NOT be the same size – it will be smaller. Please make note of this. The more characters you have, the smaller the text size becomes. We can use two lines if youd like, but you MUST request 2 lines – be VERY SPECIFIC!!! This is a custom order and I am not there with you, so I need to be told EXACTLY what you’d like, and what you’re expecting. Monochromatic tones : white/white, black/black, red/red are the best matches.

SLEEVE TEXT MUST BE SAME COLOR AS CHEST TEXT! – We’re only able to use ONE COLOR PUFF Per apparel item. If you request two different colors, we’ll use the first puff color listed!!!

Clear Instructions: Be as clear as possible with your personalization requests to avoid any misunderstandings – if you want your text on two lines, let us know. If you want some text in script, some in block, let us know! Otherwise we’ll default to what the main listing picture shows.

Please note – the puff can have texture; not necessarily smooth. Puff is NOT fuzzy! Its also not threading (embroidery) – its a type of HTV that is simply raised text – not flat. You can feel it.
