COPYRIGHT & DMCA POLICY

3. WHAT WE DO AFTER RECEIVING A COPYRIGHT NOTICE

Upon receiving a proper and complete notice of alleged infringement, Nguyen Thi Thuy Anh may, at our discretion:

  1. Review the complaint and the disputed content;
  2. Temporarily remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material while we investigate;
  3. Contact the customer or creator associated with the material to inform them of the complaint;
  4. Request additional information from either party if needed to assess the issue;
  5. Permanently remove or modify the material if we determine that it is infringing or if the parties reach a resolution;
  6. Warn, restrict, or terminate access for repeat or serious infringers.

We may not be able to respond to incomplete or vague notices. Providing detailed, accurate information helps us act more quickly and fairly.

4. COUNTER NOTICE PROCEDURE (FOR CUSTOMERS / CONTENT PROVIDERS)

If you are a customer, designer, or content provider and you believe that material you provided was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notice.

Your counter notice should include:

  1. Your contact details
    • Full name
    • Postal address
    • Telephone number
    • Email address
  2. Identification of the material
    • The specific content or product that was removed or disabled.
    • The URL or page where it previously appeared on Nguyen Thi Thuy Anh.
  3. Explanation of your rights
    • A clear statement explaining why you believe the material is not infringing, or why you are authorized to use it (e.g., original creator, license, permission, public domain).

We handle these matters case by case, always with the intention of respecting legitimate copyright rights while protecting our customers and business.

5. REPEAT INFRINGERS

Nguyen Thi Thuy Anh may, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion:

  • Issue warnings,
  • Restrict account access, or
  • Terminate access or cancel services

for users, customers, or partners who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

We also reserve the right to cancel orders and block future purchases in cases of serious or repeated violations.

6. GOOD FAITH, ACCURACY & ABUSE OF THIS PROCESS

To protect both copyright owners and our customers:

  • We expect all copyright notices and counter notices to be submitted in good faith.
  • Submitting false, misleading, or bad-faith complaints may have legal consequences under applicable laws.
  • We may decline to act on abusive, incomplete, or clearly invalid notices.

This policy is intended to balance:

  • The rights of creators and copyright owners
  • The rights of our customers and designers
  • The need to protect Nguyen Thi Thuy Anh from fraudulent or abusive claims
